Why ride with us
Small groups, crafted routes, and two people who answer every email themselves. Here is what that actually means on tour.
Guided tours are crafted. Your day adapts.
Every route has been shaped over years of riding it: the right trails in the right order, the towns worth stopping in, the hotels worth staying at. Around it, your own day has room to move. Ride the whole trail or hop in the van at two in the afternoon. No explanations needed, and no shame anywhere in it.
Small groups, never more than 12
Twelve riders is our ceiling and our groups are small enough that the guide knows your name and your pace by day two, and small enough that the group eats at one table when it wants to.
One riding guide plus a support driver
Every guided tour runs with an experienced guide riding beside you and a support driver keeping the vehicle close: an air-conditioned Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a spare bike aboard. Every guide is first aid trained and carries a personal locator beacon. It is the reason a hard day can become an easy one halfway through.
We tell you the truth about effort
Before you book, we will tell you exactly where the hard parts are: which days are long, which sections have a bit of bite, and which tour honestly suits you better. We grade every trail and we do not round down. It costs us the odd booking and it is why our reviews read the way they do.
The hotels are the ones we stay in ourselves
Mostly 4 to 5 star, and in the smallest towns, the nicest place there is. Your bags are at the hotel when you arrive, and on the free evenings we still book the group a table at our favourite spot in town, so there is company if you want it and none if you do not.
Will we be beaten on price? Maybe. Will we compromise on what makes a great tour? Absolutely not.
